Job summary

Social Element is seeking talented part-time hourly community managers for a leading beverage company in North America. You will be the voice of the brand, responding to consumer questions, complaints, and engaging with the online audience while keeping the brand's bright and playful look.

This remote role requires flexibility across weekdays, evenings and weekends, up to 29 hours per week. Strong written English and experience in social customer care are essential to connect with communities

Qualifications

• Strong US English written skills to craft engaging responses.
• Background experience in engagement, social customer care, or community management.
• Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube.
• Comfort using a variety of tech tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities
