Job summary

Eleanor Health in Washington is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide MAT and psychiatric care via telemedicine. This role requires WA residency and an active DEA, with up to 20 hours weekly.

You will join a treatment team aligned with our longitudinal, value-based care model and coordinate with leadership to integrate medical and support services. The position emphasizes mission-driven care, teamwork, and compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Experience prescribing MAT in the past.
• Current WA APN license and DEA certification.
• MSN or higher and PMHNP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct MAT and psychiatric care via telemedicine.
• Coordinate with Practice Administrator and clinicians to integrate services.
• Support mission-driven, collaborative culture.
• Ensure care and documentation comply with laws and accreditation.
• Participate in CQI initiatives.
