Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care to clients across Missouri and nationwide. You’ll be independently licensed (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and available for at least 15 sessions weekly with about 20 hours of client contact time.

You’ll work in a supportive, clinician-led organization with technology-enabled care and flexible scheduling. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive steady bi-weekly pay, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, CEU support, and paid orientation to help

Qualifications

• Licensed in Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and resident of Missouri
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating various clients including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Comfortable with telehealth and clinical technology (EHR tools)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth sessions to clients across Missouri and nationwide
• Maintain ongoing clinician–client relationships with a focus on measurable progress
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EHR tools efficiently to support care
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in supervision or peer support as needed

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Missouri — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
