Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Missouri to provide telehealth services in the evenings and weekends. We support a nationwide hybrid care model and handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling you to focus on care.

Expect a flexible schedule with seven days/week availability and a pathway to a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing. As a W2 employee, you receive guaranteed pay per completed session, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, and CEU

Qualifikationen

• Independently licensed and living in Missouri — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Compensation

Up to $25,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
