Thriveworks seeks licensed clinicians in Michigan to deliver telehealth services to a broad client base. You will join a clinician-led team and provide evidence-based care across multiple populations, including couples and children.

Position offers payment through a W2 model with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support. Expect a full caseload within 90 days and flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Michigan (LPC/LMFT/LMSW or PhD)
• Available for at least 15 sessions with 20 hours per week
• Experience with couples or children preferred
• Committed to measurable client progress
• Comfort with telehealth technology and documentation tools

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan — LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $65,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
