Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care to clients in Sterling Heights, MI, with a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. Independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD) and availability for 15+ sessions weekly are required.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling you to focus on care. Expect a full caseload within 90 days and flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you're:

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan - LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $65,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
