Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth services to clients in Michigan. You will deliver evidence-based care, maintain a diverse caseload, and participate in a supportive clinical community.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, with paid orientation and training. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET and you will be a W2 employee with benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Michigan.
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan — LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)

• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $65,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
