Job summary

Sheraton Pentagon City in Arlington, VA is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to perform nightly audit operations and maintain financial controls. You will coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure quality service for guests and accurate nightly settlements.

The role requires basic math, 10-key accuracy, and effective communication with guests and staff. Hotel experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered by HEI Hotels and Resorts.

• Basic arithmetic and 10-key skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Accurate data entry in front office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office system and POS; make corrections and adjustments.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system for daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly; reset systems for next day operations.
