Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience overseeing budgets and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting processes and financial reporting to church committees.
• Manage payroll for staff and preschool employees, including taxes and deductions.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to pastor, finance lead, trustees, and others.
• Assist Finance Committee with budget development and attendance at bi-monthly meetings.
