Job summary

Talentify is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Shrewsbury, MA, with a strong background in bilingual support and call-center experience. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English a plus.
• Two to four (2-4) years working in a Customer Service or Call Center environment.
• Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
• MUST pass an Emission Inspector Certification training class and any additional certification as determined by management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone inquiries from motorists regarding program rules, procedures, test results and station locations.
• Enter each call into tracking system.
• Resolve issues independently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify when escalation to management is needed for best motorist outcomes.
• Interact with inspection station personnel over the phone regarding safety and emissions testing program.
• Open and dispatch service calls for equipment issues not resolved over the phone or chat.
• Generate consumable/heavy wear orders when requested by inspection stations.
• Support quality initiatives and the company's Quality Management System.
