TD Bank Group in Blue Bell, PA seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver everyday banking, open and maintain consumer accounts, and foster strong client relationships. You will greet clients, handle transactions, and refer needs to specialists as appropriate.

The role emphasizes accurate service, compliance with risk standards, and a high-touch client experience in a busy financial center.

Formación

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience working with clients.
Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Strong organization and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Notary License preferred.

Responsabilidades

Deliver everyday banking and basic consumer account opening/maintenance, engaging clients in meaningful conversations.
Serve as the first point of contact and hospitality ambassador, guiding traffic and delivering high-touch client experiences.
Identify client needs and refer to specialists to deepen relationships.
Perform a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
Engage in inbound/outbound acquisition efforts and referrals to specialists.
Ensure compliance with policy, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
