First Commonwealth Bank is seeking a part-time Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding customer experiences in Canton, OH. You will engage customers to assess needs, guide them to financial solutions, and build lasting relationships while protecting customer privacy and adhering to regulatory standards.

In this role, you’ll manage top customers, participate in campaigns, refer opportunities, and expand lending discussions with a focus on real estate.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals, delivering high client service and adhering to operational expectations.
• Excellent communications skills, passionate about helping others, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, resourcefulness, exceptional relationship-building skills, ability to excel in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Technologically savvy (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, bank systems).
• Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS). The NMLS website provides MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
• A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.
