Job summary

Legacy Bank and Trust in Plano, TX is seeking a Part-Time Teller to support daily banking operations. The role spans Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, handling cash, servicing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires knowledge of banking products, compliance, and the ability to train staff. Strong verbal communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of banking and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teller responsibilities including cash handling and balancing drawers.
• Open/close depository accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Uncover customer needs and cross-sell bank products.
• Assist in training retail staff across branch functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Comply with bank policies, laws, and regulations.
