Job summary

Texas First Bank is seeking a Part-Time Client Services Professional to support teller operations and deliver exceptional customer service at the teller line. You will help deepen client relationships and contribute to sales initiatives.

This role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong math/communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, with flexibility for Saturdays and occasional heavy coin handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling / customer service experience.
• Proficiency in typing and using a ten-key calculator.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy coin and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of the cash drawer while processing client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promote and sell additional banking products to existing clients and prospects.
• Support the bank’s sales initiatives by soliciting new relationships, developing prospect lists, and completing assigned sales activities.
• Follow all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines to protect client information and maintain trust.
• Assist with cross-selling and referrals to other departments within the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
