North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a part-time Relationship Banker to welcome customers and process routine banking needs across our branches in Massachusetts.

You'll leverage strong customer service and cross-selling skills to assist with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and other transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and building lasting customer relationships while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of cash handling or customer-facing experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proven cross-selling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient with basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify financial needs while delivering excellent service.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, openings, and routine transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow security procedures and bank policies.
• Build relationships by resolving issues and explaining products.
