Job summary

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to warmly welcome customers and help them with deposits, loans, and everyday banking needs. You will use your superb customer service to guide clients through a range of products and services while maintaining accuracy and security in all transactions.

You will balance cash drawers, meet service and sales goals, and build lasting relationships by resolving issues and offering appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related cash handling customer-facing experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proven cross-selling experience.

Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming customers, identifying financial needs and delivering excellent service.
Meeting customer service and sales goals, recommending solutions and referring to product specialists when needed.
Completing customer requests (openings, maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.).
Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
Complying with bank procedures and security policies, dual-control and surveys.
Developing customer relationships by resolving issues and deepening knowledge of products.
