Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Not required but preferred teller experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on TD products and services and refer to specialists as needed.
• Build and nurture customer relationships with product knowledge and active listening.
• Assist with loan applications and intake processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues independently when possible.
• Engage in outbound sales and proactive advisory conversations to meet customer needs.
