Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with clients in a financial setting.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients at the financial center.
• Explain banking products and services and connect clients to specialists.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Maintain compliance with risk and regulatory standards in all interactions.
