Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate in Holmes, PA. You will perform everyday banking transactions, provide financial guidance, and educate customers on TD products and services to help them reach their financial goals.

You will build relationships, deliver proactive insights, and refer customers to the appropriate TD experts while ensuring high-quality service during all banking interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers (volunteering, education, military experience considered).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform and educate customers on products and services.
• Provide end-to-end advice and educate customers to build trust and promote TD products.
• Open new accounts and handle customer inquiries with a focus on service quality.
