Job summary

TD in Holmes, Pennsylvania is looking for a Retail Banker I to serve as a customer liaison, delivering our Brand promise with financial expertise and consultative advice. You will assist customers with banking solutions, educate them on bank products, and help grow relationships by identifying needs and referring to team members as appropriate.

You will handle routine transactions, participate in outreach, and maintain an active understanding of the full TD product suite to support customers

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience working with customers or sales preferred.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and educate them on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer liaison and deliver TD's Brand promise with financial expertise.
• Educate customers on TD Bank products and services and refer to specialists as needed.
• Handle a range of teller transactions with accuracy and efficiently.
• Build and nurture customer relationships using CRM tools and proactive outreach.
• Contribute to a Legendary Customer experience through timely problem resolution and sound advice.
