Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the Chase brand with hospitality, using our financial technology to deliver responsive service and help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will welcome clients, open accounts, educate on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and build trusted relationships while supporting branch operations in a compliant, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

Ability to engage clients through clear, polite communication.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and teamwork.
Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge with branch teammates.
Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
