Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA, is seeking a Rehab Tech for a part-time role in our long-term care facility. Flexible schedules and part-time benefits.

You will support therapists, transport residents, help with assessments and maintain records. This position offers meaningful, mission-driven work in a clinical setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and strong communication; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care; project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties, as assigned
