Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Part-time Rehab Tech to join our therapist-led, compassionate care team. This role supports therapists and residents through therapy prep, transport, and program execution in a long-term care setting.

Flexible scheduling and compensation of $20-$24 per hour, DOE, with part-time benefits. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills, plus healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions of licensed professionals.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care; project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties, as assigned
