Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Charleston is seeking a dependable Part-Time Rehab Tech to join our rehab team. The role provides general support to the Rehab Director and therapists, helping transport residents, prepare them for treatment, and assist with evaluations.

This position offers a pay rate of $20 per hour and a schedule of 20-25 hours per week, with some part-time benefits. You will work in a collaborative, mission-driven setting across various care environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the Company's commitment to Compassionate Care; project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
