Job summary

IHA is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide for the Day Shift to support skilled rehabilitation services. You will maintain patient level of functioning and assist with restorative treatments under therapist guidance.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, transporting records, assisting in exercise sessions, and maintaining clean treatment areas. Requires a High School diploma and BLS certification, with Mandatory Reporter training within three months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification required or obtained within three months.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for transport and treatment.
• Assist in exercise sessions and monitor patient during rehabilitation.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff, protecting patient confidentiality.
