Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in San Diego, CA is seeking a Part-time Rehab Technician to support therapists in a long-term care setting. You will transport residents, prepare for treatment, assist with evaluations, and maintain records and inventories under licensed supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalence.
• Some experience preferred in care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions from licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs for each resident.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality and safety programs.
• Support compassionate care and project a professional image for rehab services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
