Job summary

Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital in Englewood, CO is seeking a Part-time Case Manager Assistant for 20 hours per week to join our patient-focused team. You will provide clerical support in admissions and discharges within Case Management, helping coordinate care and ensure accurate documentation.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of clerical experience, a high school diploma, and strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) years clerical or administrative assistant experience required. Hospital experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support and assistance with admissions and discharges in the Case Management department. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
