Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy clinic in Brownsburg, IN. You will greet patients, help with treatments, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, efficient documentation, and teamwork with therapists and aides. Prior clinical aide experience is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication, documentation, time management, and patient care aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and guides patients during exercises and activities.
• Administers routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Maintains linens and restrooms; restocks supplies as needed.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
