Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team.

Requirements include:

• Unrestricted RN / LPN license
• Valid CPR Certification

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN and/or LPN will plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for residents. The role requires patience, compassion, and empathy. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising care provided by CNAs and staff
• Coordinating nursing care on the unit
• Administering medications accurately
• Transcribing and implementing physician orders
• Performing assessments and notifying physicians of changes
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Stabilizing residents' conditions and preventing complications
• Contributing to assessments and care plan development
