Your part in our Blue Care team
BlueCare is expanding its fully remote, telehealth service delivery model that will complement existing face-to-face in-home delivery. Being part of a centralised function of Statewide Clinical Nursing team, you will be using the state of the art virtual health care technology in the provision of care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.

What makes a difference for us?
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you’ll demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centred, empathetic care. You will present with:
A minimum of 2 years community experience is essential.
High level clinical reasoning and care planning skills
Ability to work effectively via virtual partnership with a multi-disciplinary team
Tertiary qualification in Nursing which meet the requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Current AHPRA Registration
Post graduate qualifications in continence management or working towards (highly desirable)
Experience with MASS/CAPS applications and reviews is highly desirable.
