Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduates with less than 1 year of clinical experience enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety, and promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care, collaborates with patient/family to develop a care plan.
• Communicates pertinent information to team members in a timely manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately and in line with policies.
• Assumes responsibility for care provided and documented by others as appropriate.
