Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients using evidence-based practice.
• Assist provider with patient assessment, examinations and treatments; perform basic procedures.
• Administer medications under provider direction.
• Assist in emergency situations.
• Educate patients and families about procedures.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes.
• Delegate and supervise other care team members.
