Trinity Health Mount Carmel seeks Staff RN in Critical Care for rotating and night shifts across Mount Carmel East, St. Ann's, Grove City and Dublin. The RN provides care within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, emphasizing safety, evidenced-based practice, and compassionate care.

You will collaborate in a team, develop care plans with patients and families, document thoroughly, and ensure timely communication with the health care team. A robust residency for new grads is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience; new grads may enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care with focus on patient safety and evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate care for an assigned patient group.
• Collaborate with patient and family to develop and implement a care plan.
• Communicate pertinent information to the care team promptly.
• Keep patient and family informed and updated.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Be accountable for care provided by others as appropriate.
