Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Assures patient safety by executing policies and procedures.
• Provides support for pain management and comfort measures for patients and families.
• Follows up on internal resources to determine the outcome of interventions.
• Mobilizes resources in complex cases to maximize patient control and participation in recovery.
