Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a part-time, self-motivated Registered Nurse for our Newnan clinic who loves transforming lives through exceptional patient care. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a spine and joint care setting.

The RN will manage patient care according to evidence-based guidelines, monitor symptoms, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians. BLS/ALS/ACLS certification and Georgia RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license without limitations.
• BLS and ALS/ACLS certified.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a part-time, self-motivated Registered Nurse for our Newnan clinic who loves to transform lives through exceptional patient care!

Responsibilities

• Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population.
• Delivers patient care utilizing standardized evidenced based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications and document all encounters and progress notes.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educates patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Educates care plans, provides emotional support and advise to patients and their family members

Qualifications

• Good standing RN License for the state of Georgia without limitations
