Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ALS/ACLS certification.
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision‑making for the area and patient population.
• Delivers patient care using evidence-based guidelines and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, administer medications and document all encounters and progress notes.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Educates patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Educates care plans, provides emotional support and advise to patients and their family members.
