Job summary

Cura Hospitality in Parsons, KS is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to assess nutritional needs and implement interventions for residents. You will work with the care team to improve quality of life, with flexible 9-hour weekly scheduling and onsite duties at Parsons Presbyterian Manor.

As a registered dietitian, you’ll use standard practices, maintain certifications, and participate in continuous learning while supporting residents’ goals and care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field preferred.
• Pass national exam (CDR) or eligible per professional standards.
• Maintain continuing education hours as required by CDR and state rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the care team and educate patients/residents.
• Follow professional standards of practice and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures for dining and nutrition.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in nutrition services.
