Job summary
Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for Parsons Presbyterian Manor in Parsons, KS. This role focuses on assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and improving quality of life for residents. You will work with the healthcare team to ensure compliant nutrition care and education.
The position is scheduled for 9 hours per week with flexible days, offering part-time hours aligned to residents’ needs and facility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or related field.
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Licensed or certified per state requirements and pass CDR exam or eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
- Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and facility requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies for dining and nutrition.
- Participate in the development and improvement of quality assurance programs.
