Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team near West Monroe, LA. This role identifies nutritional needs of patients/residents, initiates interventions, and supports quality of life aligned with patient goals.

The position will be scheduled 8–12 hours per week, onsite at Franklin Medical Center (Winnsboro, LA) and Richardson Medical Center (Rayville, LA). Growth opportunities and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field required or preferred.
• Pass national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meet eligibility requirements.
• Complete 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards specific to comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Aufgaben

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in the development, review, and revision of quality improvement programs.
