Elior North America is hiring a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for our healthcare team near West Monroe, LA. You will identify and assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions to support nutritional status, and enhance quality of life in line with patient goals.

Schedule is 8–12 hours per week across Franklin Medical Center and Richardson Medical Center. You will work with the health care team, adhere to practice standards and regulatory requirements, collaborate across departments, and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience working in healthcare or long-term care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interact with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in the development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
