Job summary

Elior North America is hiring a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team near West Monroe, LA. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and improve quality of life aligned with patient goals.

The position runs 8–12 hours per week and supports Franklin Medical Center and Richardson Medical Center. Ideal candidates hold a nutrition degree, a master's, and relevant licensure, with healthcare experience and the ability to educate staff and residents on nutrition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) is required.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Passed a national exam by CDR or eligible.
• Completes 75 hours CE every five years per CDR.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
