Rose City Nursing and Rehab in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our skilled nursing facility. The RD will implement and evaluate medical nutrition therapy, perform nutrition assessments, and provide education to residents and families to support optimal care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid license as a Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Experience in long-term care with some administrative responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents.
• Create written dietary plans identifying nutritional problems, needs, and goals.
• Educate residents and families about nutrition and care plans.
• Coordinate with nursing and dietary teams to implement care plans.
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and adjust plans as needed.
• Interpret medical records to recommend medical nutrition therapy.
