Complete Care is hiring a Registered Dietitian to support two locations in the same town. The role focuses on developing comprehensive nutritional assessments and individualized dietary plans, while collaborating with residents and families to review and refine care plans.

This is a full-time position in Wayne, NJ with strong emphasis on patient-centered nutrition and coordinating with dietary staff. Ideal candidates hold an active RD license and bring several years of long-term care experience,

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian license required.
• 2+ years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care with some administrative responsibility.
• 1+ year of experience as a consulting Registered Dietitian for one or more long-term care facilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop preliminary and comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents.
• Develop individualized dietary plans of care.
• Partner with residents and families in developing and reviewing care plans.
• Ensure dietary staff are aware of and follow resident care plans.
• Identify special dietary equipment and nutritional needs.
• Review resident charts and provide recommendations for appropriate medical nutrition therapy.

Formation

Registered Dietitian license

2+ years of professional dietitian experience in long-term care OR 1+ year as a consulting RD for LTC facilities
