Job summary

Elior North America, a family of hospitality companies, is hiring a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for Meadowbrook, PA at Holy Redeemer Hospital Meadowbrook Campus. You will identify and assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions to maintain status, and help improve residents’ quality of life, typically about 24 hours per week.

Must-haves include a nutrition degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), CDR exam or eligibility, 75 hours CE every five years, licensure per state, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• CDR exam passed or eligible.
• 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures for dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
