Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for Meadowbrook, PA, onsite at Holy Redeemer Health System Meadowbrook Campus. You will identify nutritional needs and implement interventions to support patients/residents.

Typically scheduled 24 hours per week, with responsibilities including nutrition education, standards adherence, collaboration with the health care team, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements for eligibility
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education hours every five years, in accordance with the CDR
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements
• Knowledge of regulation standards specific to comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights
• Ability to teach others, specifically pertaining to nutrition and dietetics

Responsibilities

• We are looking to add an experienced Part-Time Registered Dietitian to our healthcare team in Meadowbrook, PA.
• Identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned patients/residents, initiate interventions to achieve nutrition goals.
• Enhance quality of life consistent with patient’s/resident’s goals and support dining service and nutrition policies.
• Participate in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
