Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our Meadowbrook, PA healthcare team. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions to support patients/residents, and enhance quality of life in line with goals.

Typically scheduled ~24 hours per week, onsite at Holy Redeemer Hospital Meadowbrook Campus, with opportunities to educate staff and contribute to quality improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition is required (completed before 2024).
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field is required.
• Passed a national examination by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible per Academy standards.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years as per CDR guidelines.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements with knowledge of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional guidance to the healthcare team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Adhere to Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures related to dining and nutrition.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and monitor patient nutritional status.
