Job summary

Total Care ABA in Brentwood, TN is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for evening shifts. You will work with children in home and school settings, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA guidance and collecting data to track progress.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification, BACB registration, and a high school diploma; reliability and strong communication are essential. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately track client progress.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee; participate in training and development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required
