Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for afternoon and evening shifts in Memphis, Collierville and Cordova, TN. Earn $18–$26/hour with flexible scheduling and in-home and in-school services offered across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current and active
• Active BACB registration
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required.
• Work in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACBHigh School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
