Job summary

Total Care ABA in Millington, TN seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for evening shifts. Earn $18–$26 per hour delivering ABA services with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Travel to clients' homes and schools across Tennessee, with comprehensive training and supportive team collaboration. You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA-developed plans, and collect data to monitor progress while building strong family partnerships and professional

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and active BACB registration are required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track meaningful progress.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locallyStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferredABA experience preferred but not required
