Total Care ABA is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for morning shifts in Pioneer, TN. You will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to deliver ABA services.

Qualifications include an active RBT credential and BACB registration, plus reliable transportation. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and growth while supporting families across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and monitor progress.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required
